At the Youth, Identity, and Education (YIE) Research Group, we offer a range of services that draw on our interdisciplinary expertise and commitment to youth-centred, equity-driven research. Our team comprises scholars with backgrounds in gender and education, youth civic engagement, and urban teaching and learning. We collaborate with schools, non-profits, community organizations, and public institutions to amplify youth voices and co-create impactful solutions.

Grounded in participatory methods such as Youth Participatory Action Research (YPAR), our services are designed to support meaningful engagement with youth—particularly those from racialised and marginalized communities—by honouring their knowledge, experiences, and potential.
